FEMPS Belt Conveyor are ideal for long length runs, extremely efficient and gentle way to move grain. All troughed intermediate boxes are flanged to provide accurate alignment. Bracket mounted Trough and Idler Rollers facilitate quick removal and replacement during service.
Manufactured with either Galvanised steel or with Powder coating finish for lasting durability, corrosion resistance and superior appearance.
Drive & Tail section: Bolted construction for ease of assembly and maintenance. Crowned Rollers on both sections for accurate tracking and maximum friction coupled with standardized high efficiency gear motors.
Belt: Trough formed belt running on duplex support rollers give higher capacity compared to flat belts. Belts used are food grade with PVC on top and fabric with diamond pattern on bottom for better grip when running on slider beds or rollers. Alternatively, Rubber belts can also be supplied.
