Vertical Grain Loader
Femps range of vertical grain loaders are manufactured with either galvanised steel or with powder coating finish for long lasting durability, corrosion resistance and superior appearance. All bolted construction for ease of assembly and maintenance. We can also supply in fully SS or top & bottom SS and intermediate in galvanised steel.
Bucket
Seamless steel buckets made out of one piece and pressed without any welding, Plastic buckets are made out of food grade, non-sparking polyethylene and are abrasion resistant, long lasting, non corrosive and effective for handling grains with less damage. Buckets in SS. Nylon can also be supplied.
Boot & Head Section
Dynamically balanced Fabricated crowned pulley to ensure maximum friction and to avoid sway in belt coupled with standardized high efficiency gear motor. Shafts are made out of 16MnCr5 Medium carbon steel for more toughness and longer life. In Boot consists of externally mounted flange bearing, square threaded screw rods for alignment and tensioning of belt, clean out door.
Belt
Belts used are of standard industrial quality, Antistatic, abrasion resistance, highly resistant to cuts and gouges black rubber belts of M24 grade is generally used. Alternatively we can also supply food grade, fat and oil resistance belt.
